Quotes are valid for 30 days. We cannot hold dates to provide tentative bookings. To secure your date, you must confirm the quote with a non-refundable 25% payment.

To confirm your booking, you need to electronically sign our terms and conditions and provide the initial 25% non-refundable payment. This payment secures our services and will be deducted from your total balance.

The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your wedding date. We cannot deliver items without final payment confirmation. Payments can be made via EFT/direct deposit.

Yes, changes can be made with a minimum of 30 days’ notice before your event. However the total cannot be reduced more than 10% from the original quote. All changes must be made in writing to: flowers@bloomingblossoms.co

If you cancel your event, please inform us in writing to: flowers@bloomingblossoms.co
at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations within 30 days require full payment. The initial payment is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel the contract at any time. In this instance, you are entitled to a full refund (including the initial 25% payment).

Please notify us in writing about any date or venue changes. We will try to accommodate your request, but availability is not guaranteed. If we cannot accommodate your new date or venue, the initial 25% payment remains non-refundable. If we are available on your new event date, or able to accommodate your venue change, the initial payment made will be transferred to the new date.A new contract and quote will be drawn up taking into account the changed circumstances. (For instance, wholesale product prices fluctuate through the season, delivery and hourly wages vary depending on venue set-up requirements.)

Please ensure that your vases and vessels are watertight. If you are using your own archway or ceremony structure, it’s your responsibility to ensure it is securely anchored into the ground in anticipation of all weather conditions (wind, rain etc.). Please check with the venue manager as to how and when this can be set up.

We cannot provide refunds for work that cannot be completed due to faulty or unsafe materials provided by the client. Please check with the venue regarding setup times and requirements.

Due to seasonal availability and the unpredictability of nature, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific products or exact colors. However, we will adhere to the agreed color palette and design style. We reserve the right to substitute products to maintain quality. If needed, a final consultation can be arranged to discuss alternative options. Refunds will not be given for minor changes in flower type or vase / container appearance.

All hired items remain our property and must be returned within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed. Guests should be informed that hired items cannot be removed from the venue. If items are lost, broken, or damaged, you will be responsible for full replacement costs.

Upon delivery or collection, you assume all responsibility and care for the flowers and designs.

We retain the right to photograph our work and use those images for marketing purposes. Photos taken by us are our property and cannot be reproduced without permission. Any photos provided by your photographer will be used for our marketing, with credits given upon request.

You are responsible for informing the venue about the scope of designs and obtaining any necessary permissions for installations. We cannot be held liable for work that cannot be completed due to a lack of permissions or safety concerns.

We respect your privacy and will keep your personal details, order information, and pricing confidential. We will not release information to media representatives without your consent.

We prioritize safety and will follow government advice during extreme weather. While we will do our best to mitigate any impact on flowers, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by weather conditions.

If either party cannot fulfill obligations due to unforeseen events (like natural disasters or strikes), they will not be liable for damages. If such an event leads to cancellation or relocation within 30 days of the event, you agree to pay the initial 25% payment and cover any costs for materials purchased.
